Fees and Insurance

Fees for services are generally established prior to the initial consultation and are consistent with community standards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

Most health insurance companies provide some reimbursement for psychotherapy. A monthly billing statement will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance provider. A billing statement will be provided monthly with all relevent information to submit a claim to your insurance provider. I will provide additional documentation, if needed, to facilitate your insurance reimbursement. Also, I am a panel provider for a small number of PPOs.

Cancellations

Twentyfour (24) hours notice is requested for cancellations or the fee for the session will be charged. Cancellations may be left on my voicemail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In case of emergency, I may be able to reschedule the appointment that week or double up the following week.
